How do I download the app?


Go to the Klutch Curling download page on your mobile device, or find us by searching “Klutch Curling” in the App Store and on Google Play.




My club isn’t Klutch Enabled can I still use the app?


Unfortunately to use the Klutch Curling App it needs to be paired with Klutch Hardware that your club can purchase and install. Ask your club about becoming Klutch enabled and have them contact us!




My club has the Klutch Curling Modules and not installed the Sensor Strips, will my app still work?


Unfortunately no you will not be able to use the app. For the App to work properly it needs used in conjunction with Rock Curling Modules and the Sensor Strips. But we can help! Please contact us info@klutchcurling.io




Is this technology coach approved?


Yes. We have worked carefully with the best in the sports and science industries to ensure that every component of Klutch technology is underpinned with empirical scientific methods and principles. Every part of the Klutch Platform, from the hardware, to the training program to the app itself, has been developed in collaboration with professional coaches.




How much does it cost to download the app?


Get three free trials when you first sign up, if you like it and want to keep up your progress you can subscribe to our service for just $50 a year! Or your club can choose our "Whole Club Option" and purcase the App for all the members - at a signifcant discount! Please contact us for pricing.




Do I need to have my phone on me while playing?


You do not have to have the phone on you. It just needs to be close to the rocks. For best connection keep it in your pocket however you can try other ways and see if that works too.




Do I need an internet connection to use the app?


To sign in to the app and save your results your phone will need to be connected to either your carrier's mobile data network or your club's wifi network. It is possible to start your session "connected", turn off your data / wifi, play your game and then turn it back on to save your results.




My shot wasn't recorded in the app. Why?


Double check that your Bluetooth connection was on, and make sure you remember to flip your rock to clean it between shots and "wake up" the sensors. If you did both of these, you should hear that your rock is connected (assuming your volume is on) and will also feel a vibration each time the rock connects. If the rock continues to not connect throughout your session, speak to the ice tech.




How secure is my data if I use Klutch Curling?

Does Klutch Curling share my data with anyone else?


Your data is stored anonymously within the cloud with all our Klutch users in a completely secure environment. Your individual data will never be shared with anyone unless you personally chose to do so.




How long does my App membership last?


If you are on the club license plan it is for the whole curling season. If you are on the individual plan it lasts for 12 months.




Can I look at my prior games or practice sessions?


Yes. Click "Review Session" in the app then choose your date, after this you can then scroll between the sessions that you had on that day to review your shots. Learn more here.




Is Klutch Curling available for stick curling?


Yes, as long as you are in a Klutch Curling enabled club you can use Klutch Curling!
